Terms & Conditions

Scope and publisher

TegiLove is a dating service published by MULTEGI, SIREN 108492794, RCS Bordeaux, available at https://tegilove.com. These terms, the Community Rules, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy form a single agreement.

Eligibility

The service is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 or over with the legal capacity to contract. You confirm your age at sign-up, and we may require verification at any time. Accounts belonging to minors are deleted and reported where the law requires it.

Your account

One account per person. Keep your credentials secure and enable two-factor authentication where offered. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

Conduct

The Community Rules form part of these terms. Breaking them may lead to content removal, hidden visibility, suspension or permanent termination, with no refund.

Content you publish

You keep ownership of your photos and text and grant TegiLove a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, resize and display them for the sole purpose of operating the service, for as long as your account exists.

Premium subscriptions and automatic renewal

Premium and VIP plans are subscriptions with automatic renewal. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year, at the price shown at purchase, until you cancel. We tell you the renewal date in your billing page and by email before an annual renewal.

Immediate activation

Premium is activated as soon as Stripe confirms payment: features unlock immediately, without waiting.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, in one click, from Membership & billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal only: your Premium access remains active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account reverts to free.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe. If a payment fails, Stripe retries; if it keeps failing, the subscription is cancelled and access ends.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Digital services executed immediately: before paying you must expressly request immediate access and waive your 14-day statutory withdrawal right, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Once access begins, refunds are generally unavailable except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. No refund is granted for account bans, fraud, fake profiles, spam, chargeback abuse or breaches of the Community Rules.

Suspension and termination

We may hide, suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, the Community Rules or the law, or that shows serious fraud or safety signals. You may delete your account at any time, which permanently erases your personal data subject to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.

Reporting illegal content (DSA)

Any member or third party may report illegal content or behaviour from any profile, photo or message, or by writing to support@tegilove.com. Reports are reviewed by human moderators, decisions are notified with reasons, and you may contest a decision by replying to that notification.

Liability

We work hard to verify and moderate, but we cannot guarantee anyone's identity, intentions or the outcome of a meeting. The service is provided as is; our liability is limited to what applicable law allows and, for paid plans, to the amount you paid over the previous twelve months.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the mandatory protections of your country of residence. In case of dispute, contact support@tegilove.com first. You may then use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app and by email at least 30 days before they take effect for existing members.

Content moderation and points of contact (DSA)

TegiLove is an online platform within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) and is operated by MULTEGI, a micro-enterprise established in France. Moderation combines automated tools (image and text safety scanning, duplicate-photo and disposable-email detection, spam and burst-signup detection) with human review by our moderation team; automated tools may temporarily hide content or a profile, but sanctions are confirmed by a human. Our single electronic point of contact for members, for Member State authorities, the European Commission and the Digital Services Coordinator is support@tegilove.com, in French or English.

Notice and action, statement of reasons and redress (DSA)

Anyone, member or not, may notify illegal content or behaviour using the in-app Report button or by writing to support@tegilove.com with the profile or message reference and an explanation. Notices are acknowledged without undue delay and handled diligently and objectively. When we remove content, hide, suspend or terminate an account, we send the affected member a statement of reasons setting out the decision and its scope, the facts relied on, whether automated means were used, the contractual or legal ground, and the redress available. You may contest any moderation decision free of charge within six months by replying to that notice or writing to support@tegilove.com; you also keep the right to bring the matter before a competent court and, where applicable, to consumer mediation. As a micro-enterprise, MULTEGI is exempt from the additional obligations of Section 3 of Chapter III of the DSA, but applies the safeguards above voluntarily. Repeated manifestly unfounded notices or repeated illegal content may lead to the suspension of the account concerned.
