Privacy Policy (GDPR)

Dating data is sensitive data. This policy explains exactly who holds it, why, for how long, and how you take it back.

Data controller

The controller is MULTEGI, an individual entrepreneur (entrepreneur individuel), SIREN 108492794, SIRET 10849279400012, APE 6312Z, registered with the RCS of Bordeaux, publisher of https://tegilove.com. Privacy contact: support@tegilove.com.

What we collect

Account data (email address, hashed password, age confirmation, language); profile data you choose to publish (photos, first name, birth date, gender, country, city, languages, interests, biography, height, relationship goal); activity data (likes, matches, messages, reports, loyalty points, referrals); billing data (subscription status, invoices, country — card details never reach our servers); and technical data (device, browser, IP address, security and moderation logs).

Legal bases

Performance of the contract for the service you signed up to (account, matching, messaging, subscriptions); our legitimate interest in keeping members safe and preventing fraud, fake accounts and spam; your consent for non-essential cookies, marketing emails and optional AI features; and compliance with our legal obligations, including accounting and reporting illegal content.

Verification data

Verification selfies and any identity document are stored in a private, access-restricted bucket, used only to confirm you are a real adult, reviewed by our moderation team, and deleted once a decision is made or on your request.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We never see or store your card number. We keep the subscription status, invoice references, amounts and the country needed for VAT and accounting.

Hosting and processors

The platform is hosted in the European Union on Lovable Cloud (Supabase infrastructure) for the database, authentication, files and server functions. Other processors: Stripe (payments), our transactional email provider (account and support emails), and privacy-respecting product analytics. Every processor is bound by a data processing agreement.

Cookies and analytics

We set strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and secure. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you accept them in the consent banner. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and to change your choice at any time.

Retention periods

Profile and activity data: for as long as your account exists. After deletion: personal data is erased within 30 days, except moderation and security records kept up to 12 months to prevent re-registration by banned members, and accounting records (invoices) kept 10 years as required by French commercial law. Verification media: deleted after review. Consent records: 3 years. Server logs: 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest, as well as the right to give directives on the fate of your data after your death. Account settings include one-tap export and one-tap permanent deletion. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting past processing.

International transfers

TegiLove is operated for members in Europe and data is stored in the European Union. Where a processor transfers data outside the EEA, it is covered by an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, with additional technical safeguards.

Automated decisions and profiling

Recommendations are ranked automatically (activity, verification, preferences). Suspicious-account detection may automatically hide a profile pending human review. No decision producing legal effects is taken without a human moderator, and you may contest any decision at support@tegilove.com.
